Home inspection

We will have one of our qualified home inspectors preform a visual non-invasive inspection of the property. You will then receive a detailed report of the condition of the properties interior, exterior, roof, structural, attic, plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling systems.

Septic inspection

The inspector will attempt to locate the septic tank and remove the lid. He will evaluate the effluent levels and the condition of the inside the tank. Then the inspector will perform a flow test by introducing water into the system at a set amount of time while monitoring drain flow.

Well inspection

A well inspection is an visual inspection of the well system and its components (jet pump, well head, pressure tank, pressure switch, and pressure gauge). The inspector will also preform a flow test verifying how many gallons per minute the pump is producing.

Water testing services

For properties that are served by a well, most FHA, RD, VA, and USDA mortgages require that the drinking water be tested for total coliform bacteria, nitrates and Lead. Our inspectors can assist with any water testing needs.
