We inspect your whole house from the roof to the crawl space, including: structure, plumbing, electrical, appliances and more! You receive a complete written inspection with photographs. The inspector is available for questions after the inspection.


Qualifications:

- I have been inspecting in the Middle Georgia area for about 8 years.
- I completed home inspectors school in Atlanta at The Georgia Institute of Real Estate Inspectors.
- I have completed Code Certification in Plumbing, Heating, & Air and Electrical.
- I am the only inspector in the Milledgeville area that is HQS certified by HUD.
- I carry a $1,000,000 E&O insurance policy.
- I am available on weekends.
