You will receive a qualified opinion on the present condition, operation, and function of all major elements of the property.
IR Thermography is included with your inspection. We don’t charge extra for using the tools of our trade. (Nor do we upsell services that you don’t need to raise our average fee.)
Reports are delivered the same day. You will receive a comprehensive report with a descriptive overview (including pictures) of your home from the ground up.
You will receive a free digital HomeBinder that will help you manage and maintain your home for as long as you own it. (It also includes recall alerts and seller reports to better market your home when you sell.)
