Interstate Property Inspections / Home Inspector in Rochester, New York

In 2006, NY State began licensing Home Inspectors, and put forth Standards of Practice (SOP) which dictated what home inspectors were to do when performing a home inspection. I was among the first inspectors licensed that year.

Brief overview of my background - Late 70's & 80's, I was a Carpenter/Framer. Then for about 20 yrs, I ran successful remodeling business. After that, I was offered a position with Rochester Housing Authority as an Housing Inspector / Lead Paint Inspector. Retired from there 2006, started my own business doing Home Inspections, Lead Paint Inspections, Radon testing, and NY State Certified Mold Assessor.
