I conduct the home inspection myself and with an outlook of &what I would want to look for in a home for my family& I take pride and comfort in knowing that when I leave a property it has been inspected thoroughly and the buyer is made aware of both the good and the bad. I leave the customer, realtor, and mortgage company with a detailed home inspection report taken while on site. I also have no problem taking pictures and emailing them to whom it may concern. I am a certified home inspector through InterNACHI (certification # 13020113) and have been in the building industry for over 17 years. My hours vary as I understand schedules differ and I am willing to work with my schedule as requested. Please give us a call as I know that you will not be disappointed.
