Our inspections are performed in accordance with the State of Arizona and AZ ASHI Standards of Professional Practice. Upon completion of the inspection, we generate a computerized narrative report for the client covering all conditions, good and/or bad. We generate these reports on site or strive to return them to you promptly. In most cases a complete home inspection will cost less than one minor repair to the home. It will alert a homebuyer to problems that may arise in the near future and may be taken care of by the seller before closing. We’ve discovered homebuyers are much more comfortable purchasing a home after an inspection, and it relieves the realtor of additional liabilities. Our company is a member of the Better Business Bureau (and BBB cares) of Arizona. We are insured and bonded and carry Errors and Omissions and General Liability Insurance. We are also members of the Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors (SEVRAR). If the property to be inspected is vacant and you are on a tight schedule, we have a lockbox keypad to access the property and save you time.
