In my inspections I include very specialized equipment,such as a thermal infrared camera, which I use to find areas where insulation is missing in walls and ceilings, loose or defective electrical connections or components, water leaks, moisture intrusion areas, and the temperature output of the air conditioner and heater at every vent throughout the house. All of this comes at no extra charge.
