**TRAINING** - NACHI Certified #04041688- The National Association of Certified Home Inspectors is the world's largest most elite home inspection association in the world. Continued education is a required and performed yearly. Additionally, I am trained as a Mold & Radon Testing Technician as well as certified in Home Energy Tune-Up evaluations.

**INSPECTION EXPERIENCE** - I have performed over 650 Home Inspections throughout the State of Ohio with over 650 satisfied clients.

**PRIOR EXPERIENCE* - Over 15 years of Construction, Building Engineering and Real Estate Experience to back up over 8+ years as a professional certified Home Inspector.

**PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT** - I own & drive a full size commercial van stocked with the necessary racks and bins to professionally carry all the tools and materials needed for any home inspection situation. Note the ladder rack on the top of my commercial van when you arrive at the inspection. Many inspectors use SUV's, mini-vans, PU trucks and even the wife's car to "pull off" inspections.

**HOURS OF OPERATION** - I'm available Seven days a week 7:00AM till 10:00 PM. If there's sufficient daylight for me to complete the exterior inspection, I'll gladly fit you into my schedule. I even work on holidays and after work hours.

**ALWAYS ON TIME** - I'll always arrive at your prospective home 1/2 hour early. I will have started your exterior inspection and be waiting for you when you arrive. I'll then walk you through the entire property.
Personal Tour Guide - You will literally walk through your prospective home right alongside me. You and I will be there to learn as much as possible about the condition of the property and to jointly engage in the discovery process. This will be the ultimate time for you to get answers to the questions that you may have, concerning the house. Once we finalize the Home Inspection, you will ultimately have a very good understanding of the property you have chosen.

**HIGH TECH EQUIPTMENT** - I refuse to guess on my findings. I continue to utilize advanced high tech natural gas and carbon monoxide leak detectors, temperature/moisture sensors and an array of lasers to confirm any findings throughout your new home.

**SAME DAY REPORT** - You will receive your highly detailed comprehensive electronic report packed with full color photos immediately before end of day. My reports are easy to read and categorized for easy understanding.

**CUSTOMER SERVICE* - If you have questions before or after your inspection, my phone lines are open from 7:00am to 10:00pm. Telephone consultation with me will be available for as long as you own your home.

**MAINTENANCE RECOMENDATIONS** - During your inspection, I will include maintenance recommendations that will help to keep your home lasting forever and your mechanicals in top notch condition. I will also include a maintenance advice section in your report.
