Professional Inspector, Mark A. Peebler, TREC License # 4993, has been serving Galveston County since 1999. He has completed 1,339 residential and commercial property inspections. During that time, he has accumulated vast experience with beach homes and old historic homes. He has passed the National Home Inspectors Exam. He is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). He is a Inspector member of the Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors (TAREI). He is a member of the International Code Council (ICC). Mark only does one inspection per day, typically lasting between 4-6 hours. All reports are written to ASHI standards, which are above and beyond the State of Texas required standards. The reports are printed on site with color photos embedded in the report.
