Home Inspectors in New York

I personally inspect each and every home myself. I inspect it like it was being done for one of my family members. The inspection report is given on site on a CD disc, and includes digital photos. I love doing inspections for first time buyers and take the extra time needed to make sure they understand all aspects of the home and how to operate all the mechanicals. I also enjoy answereing all their questions and unlike other inspectors I encourage them to bring along family members.
